When you're selected for a campaign, you must confirm your spot within 48 hours. This gives us time to select a new bird if you decide you do not want to participate. After 48 hours, your spot will be given to the next bird in line.

If you can no longer complete the campaign after confirming your spot, let us know as early as possible! We understand that things happen, but birds who stick to their commitments and/or let us know asap when a conflict arises, get picked for more campaigns. We want both you and the brands to have great experiences, and much of that comes down to the brands providing wonderful experiences and the birds following through on their commitments.

Please contact us ASAP if an issue arises by messaging the contact info found in the campaign information inside the hummingbird platform. This includes if you have an unforeseen conflict, haven't received a perk, have a poor experience, etc. If you’re not sure who your contact is, email help@thehummingbirds.co and we can help!
