Connect social accounts
When you log in to the platform, you will be asked to connect your social accounts (Instagram and Facebook). It’s quick and easy to do! If you want to wait, you’ll be prompted to connect them before expressing interest in your next campaign. Again, you can choose to wait, but we ask that you please connect your social accounts by January 15, 2024.
Get an Enhanced Profile
When your connect your social accounts, you’ll see that you can get an ‘Enhanced Profile’ badge by upgrading your basic Instagram account to a Creator or Business account. Brands love Enhanced Profiles because the metrics from your Hummingbirds posts will populate in their dashboard in real time. They’ll also be able to see your posts directly in their dashboard rather than having to click out to see the post. This allows them to see the impact your posts are making more quickly and completely.
Having an Enhanced Profile is also easier for you because your posts will be automatically scanned by our software. If you missed a hashtag or forgot a required tag, you’ll receive a notifications directly in the platform rather than receiving pesky messages from our team.
