about Chapter Aesthetic Studio

Chapter Aesthetic Studio was founded by Melissa Rogne in Fargo, North Dakota. One of the driving goals of the company is to help people look and feel their best. This certainly resonated with many because they’ve seen so much success that they’ve grown to a total of 16 locations within 5 different states.

In order to ensure a positive customer experience, Chapter places immense value on the education of their employees. They created Chapter University which provides education surrounding the services the company provides, as well as ongoing training to constantly improve their services as new innovations are introduced.
