Who we are

Hummingbirds is a community-powered creator marketing platform for consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. The female-founded company was founded in 2017 in the Midwest and connects CPG brands with a network of over 50,000 everyday creators across more than 70 U.S. cities. Hummingbirds has raised more than $9 million in funding and works with 280+ brand clients. The company is led by cofounders Emily Steele and Charise Flynn.

What we do

Hummingbirds runs Campaigns. CPG brands brief local creators (called Birds) on a product or moment, and Birds produce retailer specific user-generated content (UGC) for the markets where the product is sold. Brands access content performance, engagement, and community reach in a single dashboard.

Who we serve

Hummingbirds serves CPG brands and the local creators who recommend their products. Its brand clients are retail oriented CPG brands, often selling through retailers including Target, Whole Foods, Wegmans, and Sprouts. Its creators, called Birds, are everyday local tastemakers, primarily women and parents across more than 70 U.S. cities, who shop at their preferred retailers and share the products they love with their communities.
